Burnt copper accepted ONLY with official letter from Fire Department or Law Enforcement agency proving fire.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
We are located on Highway 59, north of I-12 before Abita Springs. Scale is open Mon - Thurs until 4:00PM & Fri until 3:30PM. We’re closed daily for lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. AT THE LATEST, PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCALE CLOSES.
ONCE YOU ARRIVE
Upon arrival, simply drive over to the scale and follow the instructions. Our computerized, state-licensed scales will accurately weigh your materials. Once unloaded and weighed, our friendly weigh-master will provide you with an itemized payment ticket. Head straight to our cashier window, present your ticket with a valid ID, and get paid!
PAYMENT POLICIES
Please note, by law, you must be 18 or older with a valid ID to recycle scrap metal. Scrap valued $300 & under will get paid in cash on the day of acceptance. Scrap valued above $300 to be paid with a check. In compliance with Louisiana State Law, all copper payouts will be made by check with a 5 day business hold unless you have a business license on file with P&W Industries. All scrap copper to be paid by check. Pricing changes often based on the metal market.
